I was solicited for a scheduled oil change as I was a Hwy 98 customer before Tuffy became the new owner. I was offered a free tire rotation with the oil change. When I picked up my car I noticed an unexplained vibration in the steering. This had not been a problem before the oil change. I reported the problem and was told that the tires had not been balanced. I would have gladly paid for the balancing had I known it did not come with the rotation. I was then told to bring my car back for the tires to balanced, which I did. When picked it up, I attempted to pay but was told by the service person that he had taken care of it and that someone had driven the car and that the issue had been taken care of. Nonetheless, the vibration in the steering persist. I called the shop once again to report my concern and was told that something else must be wrong as they had balanced the tires on a Machine and that I could bring my car back for further inspection. Upon my own inspection, I noticed that the recently replaced tire valve caps (2) -that I personally replaced- on the passenger side where in the same position on the car indicating the tires where probably not rotated. I will be taking my car to another repair shop as I do not trust this establishment.
