The few times I've gone for recalls on a part in the Raleigh area is not like the atmosphere at Steve Jones Honda. Developing life time relationships is so important. Most of the time after purchasing a Honda, Steve Jones or his mother will personally call me for feedback. That means a lot!! They have always given me the BEST prices around.
