I have been going to Carolina Car Car for several years. They are the only place I trust the staff to take good care of my car. If anything additional needs to be done, they explain why and the cost. Staff is very professional.

Friendly, fast service. They explain what's going on in terms us peasants can understand. It appears that the problem has been resolved, but they made clear that I was welcome to return should something not seem right. Normally I don't give 5 stars across the board, because it sounds as if I don't take the survey seriously, but I don't know what I can honestly mark as a mere 4.

Great Service and People
My family and I have been using Carolina Car Care since we moved to 7 Lakes 5 years ago and have been grateful for the expert attention they give all of our vehicles. As a father of 4 children, I appreciate their willingness to make sure our vehicles are safe, as we travel extensively to visit family. On top of that my wife always appreciates their service manager Mike's willingness to come by and pick up her van when it needs service without having to load up the entire family!
