Great learning experience and I will not return. I know you have to make money but 250 to diagnose a dead battery. I will also let anyone who asks know my experience. Thanks

Came in because I needed to fix my tire. Went to this store location o... read more Came in because I needed to fix my tire. Went to this store location out of convenience and distance thinking I'd get out of the place with a working tire. Turns out the tire was not salvageable, had to keep my spare tire on because they did not have any in stock. Was told by employee I could not order a new one with him that day due to some stocking fee for placing order on the weekend and he'd have to put it on my bill and come back on Monday. Ended up getting balance and rotation on wheels which costed me 123 dollars and some change in which the charges on the receipt dont even have a price breakdown like other stores ive been to by Tuffy. I called the store down in Huntersvillle which is also a franchise store after and they said it'd only cost me 89.99 but I was upcharged in this location and was not told this until the job was already in progress so its not like i couldve said no to the service anyways since there was only two employees at the time working at this store who was also helping him out in the back. Ended up getting a better service down at Discount tire who got the job within an hour versus this location which took almost 2hrs. Not coming back here for service.
