It's a real blessing these days to find an auto shop and mechanics who you can trust. Cabarrus Imports is just such a place. I have been taking my Honda there for several years and know that they will do only what is needed, will tell me when I do need something, and then they will do the work well at a fair price. On my last oil change, they noticed a dripping water pump - a sure sign of impending failure at its age - and I was able to get a new pump put in along with the timing belt at a fair price, prior to being stranded on the side of the road. If you have a Honda, this is the place to take it!

I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from the rear of the car. I got down there to pick up a loaner car while they looked at my car and noticed my car being pulled into the service area. After standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out where I needed to go I finally asked the guy that drove my car in and he told me I needed to talk to Chris in a rude manner and walked away. Now I'm standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out who Chris is. A guy named Al walked out of the service bay and I asked him where to go and he said follow me and walked in the office area and immediately got on the phone. So now I'm standing awkwardly in the office not knowing what to do. Finally the infamous Chris shows up and I tell him my name and my car and he immediately tells me it's my aftermarket exhaust causing the problem. I had to argue with him that it wasn't the exhaust and show him the video I took of the sounds it was making and he still stuck with the exhaust being the problem then he sent me to another service manager, I have no idea who he is because he never introduced himself. Here's the main issue I have, when I called and set up the service I told them that the shaking and squealing didn't start until 60-70mph. I get in the car to take the new guy for a ride and let him hear the sounds and I notice the odometer is only 1 mile more than when I had it towed. Somehow this service dept. was able to diagnosis my problem that only happens at 60-70 mph with out even driving it. The new guy and I take the car down the road and sure enough 60 mph squealing and shaking starts and his first words are, "yea that's the exhaust". I would like someone to explain to me how an exhaust makes the same squealing sound a rock in your brake caliper sounds because that's the exact sound it makes. When we got back they pretty much just wrote me off and never offered to fix anything. He said they could readjust the exhaust and see if they fixed it but it wasn't under warranty, ok well if that is the problem you are so positive it is then fix it and give me an estimate of how much it's going to cost. None of that happened, I was never offered a solution other than take it home put the stock exhaust back on it and then bring it back so they can look at it. They are supposed to be mechanics which means they are supposed to fix the issue not assume what it is and tell the customer to get lost. I don't know if it's because I'm a female and they thought they could tell me some nonsense and I would believe it or what but my husband who is a mechanic was standing there telling them it's not the exhaust and this guy that probably never had grease on his hands a day in his life was telling him he was wrong. This was the worst customer service I have ever had, I left in tears because I was so upset. I bought a $50k car from these people and they treated me like I was a liar and a fraud. I even waited two days for roadside service to tow my car to their place because I had such a good experience with the sales team. I wanted to be loyal, I could have taken it to the closest Cadillac place in town to have them work on it and in hindsight I really wish I had. I will never go back to this place and they will never see a dime of my money again. If you are female and go to the service dept. be weary and don't let them treat you like less than a person because they think they can spit out some information and have you believe it. The entire time I was there no one ever greeted me or asked me if they could help and that's basic customer service, if you hate your job as much as it seems maybe customer service isn't your forte. P.S. I went home moved the exhaust around and put rubber hose on all the metal that could possibly touch metal and drove it to work this morning hearing the same noise.

I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? I recommend Fairway to anyone looking for good, honest, thorough mechanics. Angel Williams

I've been going to CMD for years. They know my truck and know me and treat me like family. I appreciate the fact that they are always honest about what's going on, and they are always able to explain it to me. They do great work, and are trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend CMD.

I lived in the Oakdale community from 1991 - 2007. I used to take my cars there. For any problem that I had, they provided the service for. I can only say good about the service at Oakdale Automotive. The only reason I don't frequent them now because I have moved but every now and then I find my way back. Never, ever had a problem after a repair was done. Friendly, courteous and timely.

I know zero about cars. Actually, less than zero. Would you consider that negative? Thankfully I found these guys. I worked at WBTV for more than nine years and this is where we take all of our station vehicles. After seeing just how nice everyone at Fleet was (from the front desk to the garage), I started taking my own car there. Lance is getting up there in age. Yes, my car is named Lance. He's a Mitsubishi Lancer. Creative... I know. I can't say enough about this place. When I was obviously ripped off by another garage, the good people at Fleet were the first ones to help. The workers here are always open and honest about everything. They take me to work if I have to drop my car off or offer to come get me when it's ready. Earlier this year, I blew a tire on 77 (if you haven't been through that... it's frightening). I called hysterically crying. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to come help me. Lucky for them, some nice good Samaritans stopped and I was able to tell the troops to retreat. Location: You can't see the shop from Wilkinson Blvd... just the sign. Pull in next to Paper Doll Lounge and drive back down the little gravel road. Price-wise: Fleet is a little more expensive than the chain shops out there, but I really don't think you can put a price tag on honesty and integrity. Great group of guys here. Polite and respectful. They never talk down to me, always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I may have.

I'm confident that Cam Auto will properly diagnose your vehicle and give you the fairest price on repairs needed for your vehicle. They are friendly, courteous and provides good customer service. Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

They moved to Mooresville Nc. This is the second rebuild I have took to them. They have great service and they keep u informed on everything.

King Auto Repair provided prompt, courteous and friendly service. We found Johnny, owner, to be a talented gifted diagnostician. We were having difficulty with our 2002 Ford Taurus transmission. He carefully listened to our description of the situation then drove the car and immediately provided four possible options for repair that ranged from the most conservative to the most encompassing. We made the choice which fitted our needs the best. He distinctly explained what repairs would be required and approximately how long it would take. The transmission works better than it has in years.

They are a diamond in the rough, when other mechanics keep adding more to the bill they don't. They will call you and discuss it with you before so you won't get any surprises. Their business is smoke free and clean. A very pleasant environment, honest and friendly.
