None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. Don’t go to Epic. They are not fair!!!! Admitted installing the wrong part but charged me labor again to install the correct part and no credit for the wrong part. Even though I expressed my disappointment to the owner I had no choice to pay. First bill of $479 and 2nd bill of $325 +/-

Very happy with the friendly service I get every time I come in for oil changes,and repairs. They are very good about letting you what else your car may need and they are honest.
