Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! The manager/owner is very accommodating and attempts to provide good c... read more The manager/owner is very accommodating and attempts to provide good customer service; however, the clutch replacement that was done created even more issues. We have taken this car back three times. The mechanic rode in the car to see what the ongoing issue was and still said it had nothing to do with his repair work. At the suggestion of the manager (because he thought his mechanic new what he was doing) we sought a second opinion. I was confirmed that it was related to the repair work. The manager was apologetic and offered a full refund and I appreciate that. I just don't think the mechanics have the skillset needed for big jobs. Maybe for tire installations and oil changes but not for more advanced things. I should have known this was a bad idea when I took my other car in for an inspection and they removed the tint from my BACK windows not the FRONT windows due to regulations, in order to pass inspection.... Lesson learned.
