I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? I know zero about cars. Actually, less than zero. Would you consider that negative? Thankfully I found these guys. I worked at WBTV for more than nine years and this is where we take all of our station vehicles. After seeing just how nice everyone at Fleet was (from the front desk to the garage), I started taking my own car there. Lance is getting up there in age. Yes, my car is named Lance. He's a Mitsubishi Lancer. Creative... I know. I can't say enough about this place. When I was obviously ripped off by another garage, the good people at Fleet were the first ones to help. The workers here are always open and honest about everything. They take me to work if I have to drop my car off or offer to come get me when it's ready. Earlier this year, I blew a tire on 77 (if you haven't been through that... it's frightening). I called hysterically crying. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to come help me. Lucky for them, some nice good Samaritans stopped and I was able to tell the troops to retreat. Location: You can't see the shop from Wilkinson Blvd... just the sign. Pull in next to Paper Doll Lounge and drive back down the little gravel road. Price-wise: Fleet is a little more expensive than the chain shops out there, but I really don't think you can put a price tag on honesty and integrity. Great group of guys here. Polite and respectful. They never talk down to me, always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I may have.

I lived in the Oakdale community from 1991 - 2007. I used to take my cars there. For any problem that I had, they provided the service for. I can only say good about the service at Oakdale Automotive. The only reason I don't frequent them now because I have moved but every now and then I find my way back. Never, ever had a problem after a repair was done. Friendly, courteous and timely.

The fact that you found the actual problem when a service station could not and you got me on your schedule very quickly should be plenty to give you a great recommendation. As they say on TV ads - but wait! There's more!! Your prices were more than competitive and the work was done as promised on time and an exact cost match to the quote. They are a diamond in the rough, when other mechanics keep adding more to the bill they don't. They will call you and discuss it with you before so you won't get any surprises. Their business is smoke free and clean. A very pleasant environment, honest and friendly.

King Auto Repair provided prompt, courteous and friendly service. We found Johnny, owner, to be a talented gifted diagnostician. We were having difficulty with our 2002 Ford Taurus transmission. He carefully listened to our description of the situation then drove the car and immediately provided four possible options for repair that ranged from the most conservative to the most encompassing. We made the choice which fitted our needs the best. He distinctly explained what repairs would be required and approximately how long it would take. The transmission works better than it has in years.

Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

Had several small punctures in my tire. They were able to replace my tire same day.

Pros: Pleasant to deal with personal customer service rep. Cons: Immediately tried to upsell on things other than what I came in for. Explorer running rough, like misfire. Did not diagnose problem, did not run compression test, stated leak of antifreeze from one of the cylinders, though no history of leak or over heating. Suggested needed to take head off to troubleshoot problem. Suggested maybe crack in head. I paid for computer diagnosis of engine but no report provided. I did not go forward with repairs other than replace of plug wires which most likely needed. Called kid who ran his own shop. Came to my place of business. Ran compression check. Quickly discovered problem was spark plugs that Merchant Tire put in 6 months before was wrong plugs for engine (burn to hot). He put correct plugs in. $88 total, and car runs great! Lesson, don't assume dealership is more knowledgeable. Also, keep in mind customer service reps at dealerships are on commission! Shame, I was rooting for the dealership, but kid with dirty tee shirt and tattoos showed them up.Buyer beware....

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

THIS PLACE IS A RACIST COMPANY THAT CALLED ME OUT MY NAME AND DENIED ANY FORM OF PAYMENT CAUSE I ASKED TO MANY QUESTIONS I PRAY ON THE OWNERS MAMA AND KIDS THEY DONT TOW ANY OF MY CARS CAUSE I WILL BURN THIS RACIST POECE OF SHIT COMPANY TO THE GROUND AND WILL GLADLY DO ANY TIME GIVEN

had flat replaced. tire system light wouldn't go off. took car back- they said they couldn't find problem, "didn't have the right equipment".. said I needed to take to dealer... another shop replaced the sensor in the tire...said tire kingdom ripped me off.

The advertisement for this company is False! They are deceitful! The customer service staff is rude, unprofessional and underqualified! I even spoke to the owner will try to get more money out of me then was morally acceptable then refused my business and one as far as calling me stupid before hanging up on me! I have read other reviews about this guy and he has thrown receipts at people and said vulgar things to customers! Aside from the work they do the company should be boycotted just based on the lack of customer service & the lies they tell!! There are too many good businesses out there that are sharing their customers with terrible companies like this that should be put out of business !!

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
