flat
had flat replaced. tire system light wouldn't go off. took car back- they said they couldn't find problem, "didn't have the right equipment".. said I needed to take to dealer... another shop replaced the sensor in the tire...said tire kingdom ripped me off.

repair air leak in tire
I went in for a slow leak in my tire. I was told I had the best tech working on it. It took 3 visits to fix the air leak PLUS another visit for them to repair the damage they did to my rim. On the last trip for air leak, I had to plead with them that, yes, there was an air leak - please keep looking for it. They did find the leak and this time it was fixed. They made it right for me but it took a total of 4 trips. Ridiculous - what a waste of my time.
