After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

The people at Freeman's Tire were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'm sorry that I could only give five stars. The Freeman family tire business is the best kept secret in the Piedmont area. Sincerely David L. Kruse

I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I picked the car up the price given was much higher than the quote I received. In addition, some of the work had not been done as asked- so not only was I asked to pay more, all of the work was not completed. I explained that I would not pay more than the quote and they would not hand over my car key. I called the police who came for assistance. Another thing, I received a voicemail from them at 3:45 saying that they were getting ready to close early and if I did not come they would charge an extra fee for storage! The hours posted on the door was from 9 to 6! This place is dishonest, they do not communicate, and extremely unreliable. "Shady" is the word.

My husband worked for this company since moving to North Carolina 2 1/2 years ago. He recently gave his notice so that he could pursue his dream of having his own business. The day he gave his notice he was sent home. Recently he called to order parts from them for a job he was working on, and they told him that they would not sell him any parts, but the customer could buy them. Extremely unprofessional and childish way of doing business. All because they are upset that he wanted to fulfill his dream.
