Today, I had 4 new tires, new front disk pads, and brake fluid changed, etc. For over 22 years, I drive to Steve Jones Honda for all maintenance and service. The extra 1 hour plus one way is all about my friendship with the people at Steve Jones Honda. They know me by my first name. They know my family by name. Their service is always tops. The few times I've gone for recalls on a part in the Raleigh area is not like the atmosphere at Steve Jones Honda. Developing life time relationships is so important. Most of the time after purchasing a Honda, Steve Jones or his mother will personally call me for feedback. That means a lot!! They have always given me the BEST prices around. What a pleasure it is to visit the great employees at Steve Jones Honda (especially master mechanic Neil Childress)! Thank you all for being a friend.

Outstanding mechanics! Family owned & operated business, extremely poilte & so very professional in every way. I called for an appt, and they were able to get me in the next day (only had to wait because they had to order my new starter). I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Dave explained everything. He replaced the mirrors with ones that were made for the truck. He was ready when at the time of the appointment, and finished the vehicle in a timely manner. Dave has allways stood behind his work with the guarantee that you will be satisfied. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of the various he has done for me over the years.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! This Meineke is full of scam artists. They lied about doing a tire rotation and then tried to say my tires were too damaged to rotate. It took over an hour for an oil change that I had scheduled several days in advance. There were seven people "working" and there was only one other car in the shop. Everybody was just sitting around playing on there phones. Then they tried to sell me brand new tires for over $1,000. I took the tires to another shop to be rotated and checked. The tire shop said the tires are in great shape and have 80% tread. I asked Meineke for a partial refund and they said they don't give refunds. Now my oil cooler is cracked because they over-tightened the oil filter and it's going to cost several hundreds of dollars to fix. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
