Excellent, professional staff. Very friendly & polite. Seem to be very well-trained! Listened to my budget concerns and made most-needed repairs first. I have been going to Carolina Car Car for several years. They are the only place I trust the staff to take good care of my car. If anything additional needs to be done, they explain why and the cost. Staff is very professional.

Used to be a great place when all they did was oil changes. Now most days they only have one bay going for oil changes. You wait around an hour for an oil change. Absolutely crazy!! Love Thomas Tire but their oil change side is awful. .
