Auto body repair service near Merrimack, NH

Charged $232 to remove a stuck bolt. Rude to my wife. They seem to rely on folks who simply pay the bill and don't understand anything about automobile repair and maintenance. Recommend avoiding them.

This business is run by dishonest people. They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.

Loved the work! I dealt with Corey what a good job explained everything and called when he promised. My car came back cleaner than when it went in and my son got a baloon. Thank You again!

Replace the nose on my civic, fast service, quality repairs, good prices. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Honest people work here. They do excellent work and treat their customers with honesty and integrity. I will give them two thumbs up and recommend them to anyone looking for honest mechanics. Fair pricing too!!

I have been going to Fairbanks Auto Body since I have owned a Vehicle. They are fair-priced, honest, their work is good. Also, scheduling an appointment is quick, I usually drop it off the day after I call and pick it up same day. Highly recommend this garage. -Emilie

Just left there, 12/18/12, and I have nothing but positive to say. My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. From setting up the rental car, to constant contact with me with updates, to fighting for me with insurance companies, I can't say enough good about Charrons. Glad I don't need auto body done frequently, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you!!

Nice neighborhood, very friendly people & dogs. Got to appointment early and was greeted by a neighbor and a carpenter getting ready to work on their building. There is also quaint playground next door. They got my car ready for my end of lease and even detailed it. They made arrangements with me to get all the parts ahead of time and kept the car for less than 2 days. "bumper fender and paint work" I would say they were 5 stars except they couldn't meet me before 9am
