I've been to J-perks for car services for over 3 years. Always satisfied with my service! Very trustworthy, quality mechanic!

Mike and the crew are good, but the prices are extremely high!!! I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

Kelly was so pleasant and helpful. We not only found the part we were searching for at a great price but she shipped it immediately. The part was in great working order when received. We would recommend this company in a heart beat

Went in for a basic oil change and got charged for an upgraded one. The guy behind the counter was very rude. He talked down to me really bad he should not be in customer service!!. I will not be returning there again!

These guys have always done right by us. They are very friendly and efficient. They also offer an awesome rewards program that allows you to build up for points for coupons. The coupons are automatically sent to you when you've saved up enough points, which are also tracked automatically. I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!
