As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

This place has terrible service. My in-laws have been coming here for years with their cars and are great customers. My husband and I took his car here to get checked out because it was not starting. We thought we were in good hands since the family has been here so many times and they've dealt with this particular car. They replaced a part and in the process shorted the entire computer system, yet they are denying it. We know they did it because when we brought the car in there was electric flowing (sound when we tried to start the car) and after they replaced the fuel pump, nothing. The autoshop that is now taking care of it even says the previous work almost definitely shorted it. They have only done a diagnosis so far. Now we need a new computer system PLUS the original fuel pump. Spending an extra $1600 for something JONES' broke. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. And neither will my in-laws. Don't go here, clearly they won't make good what THEY broke even when your family has given them years of business.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
