DO NOT take your car to this shop!!! Rod will take your $$money$$ up front, say he CAN fix car in a week and will have the car for MONTHS. Then will ask for more money to finish the job. All a giant SCAM. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Jim at Vernon Valley Auto Body and the guys did a FABULOUS job on my wreaked vehicle!! They went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needed auto repair to have them do the work. I came from thirty minutes away and would do it again if ever I needed anything fixed on my car! It was done in a very timely manner.
