Mark is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever met. He not only did an amazing job, but explained everything to me as we'll. If you are looking for a truly honest mechanic this is the place. I've been going there for 4 years. Every visit he has been nice, honest, and has always does great work and happily answered all of my questions.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts.
