Friendship is usually considered “taboo”. Most consumers believe that the majority of independent business owners are only concerned with their own bottom line, “making the mighty dollar at whatever cost. Very seldom does a consumer meet one of those independent business owners who is the total opposite. Mr. Bill Leahy, the successful proprietor of Piermont Automotive located in Piermont New York is one such individual. He possesses and exhibits a unique degree of sincerity, business ethics, integrity and business acumen that is far beyond the expectations of his customers. I was blessed to establish a business relationship with Bill Leahy several years ago after he provided what could only be explained as supreme unsurpassed service and repair of my vehicles. It ultimately determined my final decision to utilize his services exclusively. Since that time, our business relationship has evolved into a uniquely blessed friendship created only by God. A series of recent repairs made on my vehicle by “Bill” had resulted in my having a strong desire to replace my vehicle. Despite the potential monies that Bill Leahy knew he was most likely to make, providing future repairs on my vehicle, he selflessly sacrificed his own personal future financial gains to save me his customer from spending money needlessly. Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. At this present time, there exist several thousand independently owned and operated auto repair shops in New York State. Piermont Automotive located at 15 Piermont Avenue in Piermont New York, owned and operated by the successful proprietor Mr. Bill Leahy is one that has obtained the unparalleled respect and admiration of its customers and its community. Mr. Leahy is undoubtedly an honest and sincere individual of outstanding character, who has proven himself to be one who is always willing to go above and beyond the established standards of customer service excellence. He has unequivocally demonstrated his personal life philosophy, that business and life is about more than just money. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

This place is the worse I've ever been to. The owner dudley tries to fast talk you and justify the garbage work performed. The fenders they put on was incorrect and rubbing against the tires causing me to buy more tires. They also didnt straighten out the fram correctly causing the entire car to shake and rattle.. The car sounds ten times worse than it ever did. Please no one should ever go there.

Best experience ever. Perfect body work and sensor replacements after an accident. The electronics behave perfectly. Most important of all, no surprise expenses, no hustle. Everyone is super friendly there (thank you Stacy) and Frank is amazing. Thank you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL WORK AREA VERY CLEAN STAFF VERY FRIENDLY I WOULD RECOMEND ANY WHO NEED THEIR CAR REPAIDED

My boss is very hands off when it comes to getting work done on his cars. A friend of my suggested to see TNS Auto Group, I had to do some homework on them before I went there and I did. This project required me to have a custom paint job, not just regular car, it was for my bosses Maybach. He wanted to have it painted white, because he grew tired of the original black color. I setup everything and we were able to get the car back really fast so there was not too much down time. These guys do such great work and they made me look great with the finished job that my boss seen. Fast, reliable and awesome finished outcome.

Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

I took my BMW to Gabriels Collision at 246 Franklin Street on May 21, 2012. Geico AutoExpress recommended this shop through my collision policy. In an attempt to repair the passenger side panel, gas cap and front, rear doors - Gabriels technicians failed to rewire my care correctly. Through their own incompetence, they tried to rewire the doors and now the rear view mirrors and the traction control is on the same wiring line. WHAT A DISASTER!!! I have no reliable traction control!! Unfortunately, Gabriel's Collision technicians damaged my car so badly that it negates my BMW DEALER WARRANTY. I doNOT recommend anyone with a high-end style vehicle to take your car to Gabriel Auto Body. In my opinion, the mechanics at Gabriel's lack the education and skills to fix high tech vehicles mechanically.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.
