Car detailing service near Hazlet, NJ

Have been going here for years - vehicle comes out looking practically new every time! Also good advice given to any questions the driver may have. Mario is very nice, and his crew is very efficient! Having the car wax done here certainly beats being left with all those swirl marks after attempting it yourself!:-) (I only have the outside done because I am able to care for the inside myself, so I can't comment there, but Mario has described the process to me ). This is not the shop to take your car if you are looking for it to be DETAILED. I was recommended by a family member that said she did a phenominal job, reviews said it, she said (better than the car wash). Well that was not the case. my car was taken a full day, I trusted she did a good job, I paid her and didn't think much off it. The next morning when I drove my car I was beyond disapoointed. My tinted windows had been ruined, there was ink on my driver seat, car door cubbies were full of dirt, back seats were full of dirt, back was not vacummed there was still dog hair, the trunk was never vacuumed, the exteriror had scuff marks on it that could have been removed. My car was taken again the whole day. Tint wasn't fixed, had to go out on my own to fix it. She wanted me to go through the car with her so she could clean what I found dirty, by the second day that car should have been immaculate. Well to my surprise I found myself cleaning my own car on Friday, I sent her pictures of the visible things that were still dirty (still have the pictures with the date to prove it). I was ignored on the pictures. I text her and said I should receive a refund of some sort because I was detailing my car hours before it was loaded on the container. Bottom line look else were to get your car detailed. I got a car wash instead.

I went to get my Carwash like I do each Saturday so after I left I realized that the right side of my car wasn't done properly and soap was still on the car. The rims were still dirty and I was like really? So j called to let them know about it and no one answered so I went back the Monday and explained to the manager he was quite rude and let me know my car was clean and he was like well whatever, mind you I have a white car so if it's dirty you will know. So I put the car back through the wash and he said oh I don't care if your car was dirty the first time you have to pay to put it back through. Never again would I ever go back there the service sucks and management has no customer service skills. rude and disgusting people!
