The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Thanks for the help, John and Mike You guys are great.

Of course as a first time car owner I was nervous about where to go and if I was going to be taken advantage of as a girl. I can 110% say Transmission Man took care of me like GOLD! They were more then professional, had a great staff and were very reasonable on pricing. I was quoted a time frame for my car and it was done hours before the estimated and to top it off someone was able to drive my car to me with no issues. Great people and very honest. I highly recommend this business. As an example VW dealer tried to mess up and ask me for 4000$ bill to fix something that was not needed. Those guys did the real fix for about 600$.

Used to be our favorite most trusted mechanic, then we bought a car from them. Right from the start it was shady who the previous owner was, we never did get a straight answer. 1st week, car broke down on FDR, near end of 2nd month, it broke down in the Battery Tunnel. 4th month, brakes went out. Asked him to buy car back, he refused. It was then that we decided to take it to another mechanic (out of state so not his competition) where he pointed us to several websites that showed the problem we were having was common for that year/make/model and that lesser mechanics tend to avoid the repair in favor of cheaper tweaks, cheaper tweaks that put myself, my wife, and our infant in danger. J&E are unskilled mechanics at best and unethical business men at worst. I will not even purchase an air freshener from them on my firm belief that they willfully and knowingly put myself and my family in danger.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
