Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! They WILL try to rope you into "choosing" them to do the work (with hidden fees if you don't), even if their estimate is twice as much as someone else. They talk a good game, but that's because they have practice doing what they do!!! Don't be fooled by their "helpfulness," it's all part of the scam!
