A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

My family has been using Quality for over 10 years. From a 99 323i to my new 08 M3. Bill is absolutely amazing!! Fine attention to details, always called with updates, and understood my car OCD. Made sure everything was perfect, the car looked just like the day I drove it off the lot... As others have said... I have gone back months after, and they have been very helpful each time.
