My car made rattling sounds and smelled of fumes and knowing they were the last to touch my car I lifted the hood and the oil fill cap was bouncing around rather than screwed back into place. Oil was everywhere under my hood. I went back to inform them, they checked the oil level, didn't offer to clean up any of the oil, and made no apologies. I gave them another chance and asked for a quote to replace front tires and brake pads. They wrote my info down and three weeks later I still haven't heard from them. They seem like nice people, just incompetent and clueless about simple sensible customer service. They get an F from me. I don't recommend them for any type of car service.

Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.
