I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!
