I was blessed to establish a business relationship with Bill Leahy several years ago after he provided what could only be explained as supreme unsurpassed service and repair of my vehicles. It ultimately determined my final decision to utilize his services exclusively. Since that time, our business relationship has evolved into a uniquely blessed friendship created only by God. A series of recent repairs made on my vehicle by “Bill” had resulted in my having a strong desire to replace my vehicle. Despite the potential monies that Bill Leahy knew he was most likely to make, providing future repairs on my vehicle, he selflessly sacrificed his own personal future financial gains to save me his customer from spending money needlessly. Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. At this present time, there exist several thousand independently owned and operated auto repair shops in New York State. Piermont Automotive located at 15 Piermont Avenue in Piermont New York, owned and operated by the successful proprietor Mr. Bill Leahy is one that has obtained the unparalleled respect and admiration of its customers and its community. Mr. Leahy is undoubtedly an honest and sincere individual of outstanding character, who has proven himself to be one who is always willing to go above and beyond the established standards of customer service excellence. He has unequivocally demonstrated his personal life philosophy, that business and life is about more than just money. Worst body shop in queens,Gave my pearl white g35 to them for minor work on the bumper.Got my car back with blue paint and scratches all over my hood, a parking ticket in the mail because they left it outside on the street with out notifying me and then charged me for spraying over a full bumper when they only sprayed a little part.

They actually damage my new car BEFORE delivery. They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?

P.S.: I HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR IN ORDER TO PROCESS THE REVIEW... HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! HE SCAMMED ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GOT PAID BEFORE I SAW MY CAR. I WAS BADLY INJURED FROM THE ACCIDENT AND TOTALLY RELIED ON HIM BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET BACK AND FORTH TO THE SHOP TO CHECK ON THINGS. HE MADE ME SIGN THE AUTO INSURANCE APPROVAL OF THE REPAIRS IN ORDER TO RELEASE THE CAR AND BRING IT TO ME. I CRIED WHEN I SAW MY CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE ACCIDENT AND AFTER SEEING HIS REPAIRS TO IT. HE USED A TACKY VARNISH, INSTEAD OF CLEAR-COAT ON THE SLOPPY PAINT JOB! THE CHEAP AND ILLEGAL VARNISH WAS SLAPPED ON OVER SHOP DUST. HE WORKED INSIDE OF MY CAR ON TOP OF THE ASHES AND CIGARETTE BUTTS THAT SPILLED ONTO THE SEATING UPOLSTERY AFTER THE ACCIDENT. SO, HE EMBEDDED THEM INTO THE SEATS AND CAUSED PERMANENT DAMAGE AND STAINNING THEM. HIS RESPONSE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF MY DAMAGED SEATS AND PAINT JOB WAS THAT HE IS NOT A JANITOR! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO DRIVE MY CAR AFTER HIS REPAIRS AND DAMAGE TO IT. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY IN THE SALE OF THAT CAR DUE TO THE OBVIOUS WORK HE PERFORMED ON IT. AND, HE GOT TOP DOLLAR FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAYMENT BY GETTING ME TO SIGN BEFORE BEING ABLE TO SEE IT. HE LIED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS USED AND WORK PERFORMED.
