The brakes were last serviced on 11-01-07 by Meineke center # 115 Odometer 100,888 The shop Meineke # 2061 checked and serviced the brakes on my 2000 Silverado Odometer 130,453 invoice number 3697 While traveling in PA On 4-15-07 the passenger side front caliper on my 2000 Silverado came off and lodged itself in the front wheel Odometer 130,610 I called Meineke shop # 2061 and explained what happened. The Shop told me to get it fixed and that they would “ take care of it” I gave the invoice from a Monro Muffler shop # 90 which serviced my 2000 Silverado To the Manager at 2061 on 4-18-11 I was informed that he would have to talk to the owner of the shop about the invoice. A week later the Manager from Meineke # 2061 called and said they would credit my account $ 466.00 When I questioned him as to why they would not cover the full amount $904.00 The Manager explained it was because I had the rear brakes done. I informed him that the cost of the rear brakes was $253.00 before discounts and that the $466.00 did not cover the cost of a new rotor or the used spindle that Monro had to install. I told him should check his math and call me back when the shop has a chance to look over the Monro invoice. The Meineke Manager of # 2061 called me back with another total $618.00. I asked how he came up with the new total. He explained it to me; again I questioned his ability to read the bill and told him to call me back when he had a better understanding of the Monro invoice. Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. High quality auto repair in New Brunswick NJ

Horrible. I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldn't turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.
