As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Was afraid I was going to need a new radiator, however I just needed a new cap and afew hoses tightened or replaced. We have taken a few cars to Razzi's over the years and they have always been honest and resonable? If you are grtting repairs done at your mechanics then they are probably sending the work out and Razzi's are doing the work. Might as well skip the middle man and sav e money.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Quoted for tire mounting then, when got hold of car, called to see if we wanted tires balanced for an extra $50. Who mounts tires without getting them balanced. Scumbags.
