He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

Do not use this mechanic. I went in to replace my brakes. When I picked up my car they charged me $85 more than the quote. A week later I had to bring it back as the brakes were still low. They tried to charge me additional money to re do the repairs. The mechanic was rude and was angry that I brought my car back. Once he saw the shield in my car he calmed down and said he would fix it I left and went to another mechanic and was informed that they did not replace the parts they just cut them and used cheap pads.
