I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. The first review was taken off this website for an unknown reason. The owner Edgar Sanchez Jr. is untruthful about the estimates he's writes, complains about not being able to work on my car because I have wheel spacers on it which his mechanics end up damaging and could not remove and which ended with my car being driven away by a stranger and items from my glovebox being stolen. Police forced him to let me inspect the car before paying his crazy repair bill which is when I found valuables missing from my car.
