I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent. Worst body shop in queens,Gave my pearl white g35 to them for minor work on the bumper.Got my car back with blue paint and scratches all over my hood, a parking ticket in the mail because they left it outside on the street with out notifying me and then charged me for spraying over a full bumper when they only sprayed a little part.

We have a 2011 Nissan that was acting funny. It wasnt shifting smoothly. We took it to a couple of local places but they told us that a dealer would be best because they had equipment to diagnose later model cars that were only available to dealers. I was really hesitant. We were new to the area and always stayed away from dealers because they usually charge more. We looked on line and found a local dealer, Baron Nissan, that had good reviews. None of those reviews were for service but what we could find said really good things about their sales department so we had the car towed there and crossed our fingers. We met Frank the service manager who was very nice. He asked what the car was doing and we told him/. We left it there overnight and he said he would call us the next day. He called about 11am on Friday and said the car was done. A little surpised that it was done so quickly I asked if they had found the problem. He said it was just a control module that had to be reset, no big deal. The way the other mechanics had made it sound we were braced for a huge repair bill. When we went to pick it up they told us that they had checked and our car was still under the Nissan powertrain warranty ( which we had no idea about) and the bill was nothing, no money at all. They told us they checked the car and we needed front brakes and an oil change ( which I knew). They gave me a fair price and we had them do the work. Frank didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and they did the brakes and oil change while we waited. Has a chance to talk to Frank while we waited, he was just a nice guy who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have bought a lot of cars in our life, definately not my first rodeo and I never,ever went back to a dealer for service as a rule they are too busy, pushy and over priced. I gotta say Frank at Baron Nissan is the exception. We are so glad we found them
