I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Excellent work!! Very professional and doesn't charge an arm and leg like other mechanics.. My car was in a feder bender and richie fixed it and made it seem like I was never involved in a accident... Definitely will go back there whenever my car needs body work done!! Very convenient location in Long Island city.. 5 stars excellent!!!

Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent.
