The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.
