I usually go here for the basic $24 car wash and they always do a solid job. I came in today to “splurge” and do the deep clean. The guy convinced me into the $65 insisting I’ll love it. I’m still seeing crumbs, whatever solution they were spraying wasn’t fully wiped down - there are visible residue spots EVERYWHERE that I’m going to have to wipe down with a damp cloth when I’m home. I called back since I only noticed when I took a better look while driving. The receptionist was RUDE and I just don’t understand how I was just conned out of $70. *I had a gift card that I forgot had fell under my driver seat earlier today and it’s gone. Dishonest and rude all around.

I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... one of Alex's guys dropped a coupon in my windshield while i was in a meeting. i cam out and figured what the hecht my truck was filthy so i went and took the full hand package. they did a wonderful job will definitely go back next time in Brooklyn Dan V Wesley Hills, NY

Initially it seemed like a good place , but car was not washed well. Very disappointed.Would not recommend it.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
