P.S.: I HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR IN ORDER TO PROCESS THE REVIEW... HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! HE SCAMMED ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GOT PAID BEFORE I SAW MY CAR. I WAS BADLY INJURED FROM THE ACCIDENT AND TOTALLY RELIED ON HIM BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET BACK AND FORTH TO THE SHOP TO CHECK ON THINGS. HE MADE ME SIGN THE AUTO INSURANCE APPROVAL OF THE REPAIRS IN ORDER TO RELEASE THE CAR AND BRING IT TO ME. I CRIED WHEN I SAW MY CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE ACCIDENT AND AFTER SEEING HIS REPAIRS TO IT. HE USED A TACKY VARNISH, INSTEAD OF CLEAR-COAT ON THE SLOPPY PAINT JOB! THE CHEAP AND ILLEGAL VARNISH WAS SLAPPED ON OVER SHOP DUST. HE WORKED INSIDE OF MY CAR ON TOP OF THE ASHES AND CIGARETTE BUTTS THAT SPILLED ONTO THE SEATING UPOLSTERY AFTER THE ACCIDENT. SO, HE EMBEDDED THEM INTO THE SEATS AND CAUSED PERMANENT DAMAGE AND STAINNING THEM. HIS RESPONSE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF MY DAMAGED SEATS AND PAINT JOB WAS THAT HE IS NOT A JANITOR! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO DRIVE MY CAR AFTER HIS REPAIRS AND DAMAGE TO IT. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY IN THE SALE OF THAT CAR DUE TO THE OBVIOUS WORK HE PERFORMED ON IT. AND, HE GOT TOP DOLLAR FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAYMENT BY GETTING ME TO SIGN BEFORE BEING ABLE TO SEE IT. HE LIED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS USED AND WORK PERFORMED.

Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

I took my BMW to Gabriels Collision at 246 Franklin Street on May 21, 2012. Geico AutoExpress recommended this shop through my collision policy. In an attempt to repair the passenger side panel, gas cap and front, rear doors - Gabriels technicians failed to rewire my care correctly. Through their own incompetence, they tried to rewire the doors and now the rear view mirrors and the traction control is on the same wiring line. WHAT A DISASTER!!! I have no reliable traction control!! Unfortunately, Gabriel's Collision technicians damaged my car so badly that it negates my BMW DEALER WARRANTY. I doNOT recommend anyone with a high-end style vehicle to take your car to Gabriel Auto Body. In my opinion, the mechanics at Gabriel's lack the education and skills to fix high tech vehicles mechanically.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.
