Today (Oct.3rd,2012) I felt like I won the lottery!! Today I found an HONEST auto shop. My car wouldn't work for a couple of days, nothing electrical was working. My regular mechanic, who has checked my car inside and out, told me that I probably needed to get a new ($800.00) alternator. But the wonderful people at Jays Auto Body quickly found the real reason: the clamps connecting the battery had become rusted, and with sandpaper, they easily fixed the problem,by removing the rust. Even though for years, my regular mechanic had been telling me that they had been checking my battery during routine inspections. Jays Auto Body also inspected my front brake pads & rotors, when another auto shop tried to scare me into buying new ones every year, or I would have an accident with my brakes.But when Jays Auto inspected my rotors; they said that they were just fine. Dropped my car off Dec. 7 2019 found the parts but still did not do any work on it and no communication. Picked up today Sept. 15 2020. Called twice first time i called and spoke to him he had an excuse that he didn't have any help and not able to get to it. Second time called same excuse. Saw posted videos of cars that were being done at his shop that were brought in after mine... he was working on cars that paid more money... didn't work on mine cause the payout wasn't worth his time... unless you have thousands and thousands of damage done to your car he won't get to it until the expensive work is done first... don't waste your time he is very unprofessional... and i will never recommend him and will post this review over all social media that i can to spread the news his Unprofessional business practices

Mr. JUNIOR GENAO, the sales representative, has helped me tremendously; he was convincing but not pushy. I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Overall, I am happy with the staff in the showroom who are friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely, I will recommend your Branch to my friends. Rosario Faraon

The owner and staff was very helpful.. I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. My car seriously looked like I had just bought it. They did an amazing job.. I had 5 different quotes in the area and they were by far the best!!! I'm happy I have found a body shop if I ever need to use again!!
