The staff and service was outstanding.

Took my SUV in for service to check a sputtering transmission. I was told I needed to repair a vacuum leak and battery which cost $800. Less than three weeks later the transmission went completely out and they charge me another $140 to tell me the transmission went completely out. The original missed diagnosis cost me $800 plus a towing fee and then they had enough nerve to charge me another $140 to tell me that the transmission was bad. When it was obviously bad three weeks prior and they just wanted to suck $800 out of me for other services. Unethical. Stay away.

Guys ,I would recommend you guys to sincerely spend money here . I’ve never met anyone who actually does such an amazing job with foreign cars until I went here. I’m a new foreign car owner and I take my car here . If you guys want things fixed correctly and done correctly GO HERE !!!!! Thank you guys so much foreign exchange !!!

Rick and his team have been working on a 2005 Saab 9-3 that I recently inherited. They are good people! Always friendly, courteous and professional. I needed the car to be road ready for a trip from Ohio to South Florida. They did headlamp bulb replacement, oil change, new tires and alignment, front and rear brakes and water pump replaceoment. I made it to Florida without a problem and hope continue working with them when I go back up north.

I can't say enough about the professional service every time I bring in one of my Mercedes. For both old & newer cars, diagnosing the problems, finding the parts and fixing everything to perfection, with personal attention, is a perfect combination. Ricky & his team run a great organization and I recommend them to everyone!

Contacted Foreign exchange to answer questions and install a hitch receptacle for a bicycle carrier. Scotty was very helpful in suggesting which of the receptacles to get and then set up an appointment. No problems and the work was done in the promised time. Going to use them for my Volkswagen services.

Awesome staff and facility. My car was in an accident and I had it towed to their location. Before my insurance company could contact them, they had already started gathering the information on what needed to be done. Very patient with working with my insurance company (which was a pain in the butt to work with) but the car came out looking as good as new. Highly recommend Chad and their staff.

Heard about this business from 55 Wkrc and Brian Thomas. He spoke highly of your place and boy was he right. Had an issue with a seat in my truck that needed someone who knew Nissan so I brought my truck over to Scotty and his team in Waynesville. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Scotty and explained my situation. He was upfront with what to expect and was spot on with what I was quoted. The technician that performed the work postponed his lunch to get my truck done. The courtesy Driver Robert was polite and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience. Definitely made a fantastic first impression. Foriegn X has a customer for life. Highly Highly recommend!
