There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

I was told I needed brakes at Tuffy and was given a quote for a little over $300 I came to The Right Place Automotive because a friend told me they did good work. When I got there they told me I didn't need brakes and they didn't want to do unnecessary work. They said I had a few months before I would need them. Well that was 10 weeks ago and now...I need brakes and I came back and they fixed them for me and it was only $230. I am glad I found this place and will do business again with them in the future

Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

This is the best Service Center in Columbus Ohio area. We take all of our cars here and we have also recommended family and friends who now go nowhere but DJ's for car repairs. They are helpful, friendly and HONEST and they stand by their repairs. The prices are fair and they do good work. They also will NOT do more than you need like other shops. Give them a try!!! Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE

Brought my Jag in for a clutch... It was expensive and the result was not great. When Evans were done Tach didn't work, temp gauge didn't work, car started missing badly on way home, clutch was not adjusted right, air cleaner seal was not put on correctly, bonnet not aligned so it rubed on cowl... Just waiting to see what else I find. When I asked about it all I got was excuses: Tach: "Wire was brittle". 50 cent worth of wire and 15 minutes it worked. Temp Guage: "Sender bad". A few seconds with a wire brush on terminal temp guage works. Bonnet not aligned: "That takes a long time to align properly" Well when you take something off don't you factor in the time to put it back on correctly?! Or just throw it back together any old way? The miss was a coil wire not plugged in all the way. The clutch adjustment was not done for want of a $30 part which now I get to put on without a lift. Just waiting to find the next thing they screwed up. After a second complaint they said "They'd take it up with the technician and owner" Nothing back a week later. Stay FAR FAR away!
