Go to Rad Air to get your car work done. 8 years, 4 cars, multiple tires, emergencies and routine maintenance are why I confidently say to just go to Rad Air in Fairlawn. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 dually diesel 5.9 cummings truck. Prior to visiting Jim & Son's I was quoted outrageous prices to repair my transmission at two other local shops. I called Jim & Son's and spoke to Wayne. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I scheduled an appointment. A week later I was returned my truck and my costs were $1500 LESS than the other two shops. They even picked me up!!!! Don't forget to ask about billet parts for you transmission too. This place is top notch! Thank you Jim and Sons North Canton.

I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody

Worst mechanic ever! Lies and treats women like they are idiots! Told me he did not need me to tell him what was wrong with my car because he could diagnose the same as a doctor diagnoses his patient. Well I don't know about you but if I go in to see my doctor he asked me why I am there. Brakes were making a grinding noise when applied, not loud but wanted it fixed. Also the lever for the emergency brake would not budge. When I picked up the car he told me that due to cold weather the brake pans had some rust and he polished them. As for the emergency brake he said "I fixed it so that the lever goes up and down." That is all he did, you can drive my car with the emergency brake lever completely engaged. Don't waste your time or money with Auto Remedy. Find someone else.

Brian is a great guy who won't try to scare you into repairs you don't need, and will give you the best price in town. His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. I plan to go back many times over the next few months to get my 13 year old car in tip top order again! He absolutely has a new loyal customer in me!

Told pump seals needed replaced and some other seals. I requested a speedometer gear change since I had rear end gears put in. Transmission still leaks out of rear. I was given a sleeve to put in the yoke for me to install myself. No offer to fix it after I was charged $600.00. Futhermore after recently changing my transmission crossmember for a dual exhaust , I see no evidence that the transmission was ever removed. Pretty much impossible to fix pump seals without removing the transmission. Furthermore my speedometer quits working when it reaches a certain speed and is still off by 10 mph.I also see no evidence of the “speedometer adapter he supposedly installed.

I'm a long time customer of Button's. Todd has worked on many of my vehicles, not had any issues. He is also very reasonable on his prices.
