After six months and a whole lot of phone calls, visits and excuses, we paid a few thousand for as new clutch on a Subaru and had to take it to another mechanic to fix the oil leak. The engine was not properly on the motor mounts and cost me hundreds more to get it right.

I had my car towed into Charlies on Thursday afternoon. He told me it would be fixed by Friday late afternoon. On my way to work the next day I realized that the car keys I had left with him had my keys for work. So I stopped by about 3:10 and asked to exchange keys. Mike asked who I was and said he had just got the keys from the tech and was getting ready to call me that it was done. So I was able to take the car immediately. Car runs great.
