As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. My 2006 Subaru Baja had many things wrong with it and was pretty sure I couldn't get it repaired for an amount of money that would justify keeping it. Conrad's was recommended to me by a family member and I decided to give them a try. I have never been more impressed with an automobile service center than I was with them. Richie the owner worked with me on many matters that were wrong. From the exhaust system, to the brakes, alignment, overheating, and overall safety issues. They came and towed my vehicle, and even picked me up when I had no way of getting there to retrieve my truck. The service was beyond awesome. I got my little truck back and it works better than it did before I bought it used. Not only that, but the amount of care and work put into it compared to the cost was amazing. This is the best service I have ever received on a vehicle, and I have owned many over the years. I highly recommend Conrads. It is old fashioned good service with people who are not going to overcharge you.
