My truck had multiple issues.
My 2006 Subaru Baja had many things wrong with it and was pretty sure I couldn't get it repaired for an amount of money that would justify keeping it. Conrad's was recommended to me by a family member and I decided to give them a try. I have never been more impressed with an automobile service center than I was with them. Richie the owner worked with me on many matters that were wrong. From the exhaust system, to the brakes, alignment, overheating, and overall safety issues. They came and towed my vehicle, and even picked me up when I had no way of getting there to retrieve my truck. The service was beyond awesome. I got my little truck back and it works better than it did before I bought it used. Not only that, but the amount of care and work put into it compared to the cost was amazing. This is the best service I have ever received on a vehicle, and I have owned many over the years. I highly recommend Conrads. It is old fashioned good service with people who are not going to overcharge you.

No Fee, Rich the owner guided me how to fix my problem with my 4 wheel electronic shifter which was stuck
Great Service. My truck broke down it is a Toyota Tacoma 2016 and when I called turnersville about the problem since I was now at 26,000 miles just over the 25,000 mark I would have to pay for towing. They recommended Cooks towing, but when I called the man was a little bit of a wise guy, but said I had to wait for 1.5 hours with my truck. I then called Conrads because they were closer. They said they would be there within the hour. They then called back and told me what they thought my problem was and it worked, so they didn't have to do that and could have recieved $175 for towing, but they cared enough not to do that to someone. I thought I ruined my transmission because the 4 wheel drive was stuck in low and it sounded like my power transmission was grinding and my truck no longer moved. I was stuck, but Conrad figured out the problem and called me and walked me through it, you would have thought that he was the Toyota mechanic or that Toyota would have done that, but I never expected that concern from a towing company. I would only use this honest company in the future. Thank God for RIch who owns the company. I wish him a very successful business and many blessings for his kindness and honesty. We need more good business men like that in our world!!!
