He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

Mike is the BEST body man I've ever seen. My car was pretty close to being total and Mike had done magic. My car is a 08 and olny had 15,000 miles on it . I can't belive how my car came out. I've been going to Warren Auto for 3 cars & quite a few years. Its funny because a few times when Ive mentioned that I'm having an issue with my car, a few times people have suggested that I take it to Warren, not that Ive ever had any doubt that I'm taking it to the right place, but it just makes it a little more reassuring. Roger always stands by his estimate & will almost always finish within the same day. Only once, when replacing the steering rack, he had it for more than one day...Almost everyone I know with a decent car worth repairing goes to Roger & Rob at Warren Auto.
