I was in desperate need of 4 GOOD condition tires. Gary sold me 4 bad tires after I asked about the state of the tires and expressing that I drive 80+ miles daily so they need to be GOOD (and I have kids!). I waited for over an hour just to get them changed. One week later I go to another auto shop for an oil change and I'm told "you're gonna fail inspection 2-3 threads on each tire will fail inspection." I spent $180 on crap bull tires and waited over an hour just for them to install.......I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. If you want to be lied to and pay for poor quality GO THERE! They don't even deserve the one star ...

Brought the car in for diagnosis, they said the engine was "seized" (total BS... I later took the engine apart and while I had melted the pistons, the rotating assembly did move and the engine could still turn over). Said I needed a new engine. Told me they found one to buy, then three months later told me they hadn't actually bought it (without calling me to tell me this). Returned maybe 2 calls in all of 6 months. SO, being a Volvo fanatic, I asked a couple of friends, then brought them an engine. A month later they hadn't even started on the swap. A month after that, I went in and took my car, my engine, and a bunch of parts that I had bought back from them. These guys can't pick up the phone without being hounded, their technician told me I was wrong repeatedly, and nobody was really willing to help. Fortunately after six months they only made me pay for the diagnoses they did in the beginning. Credentials: I took the car and engine and parts home and did the swap myself in my driveway in two weekends, having never done one before on my own. Saved an estimated $1800 and didn't have to deal with them again.

NEVER AGAIN. Manipulated, lied to, and guilt tripped into giving up my first car - a rare vintage Japanese sedan I had wanted to own since I was a little kid in elementary school +15 years ago. They let it sit for almost 2 months before putting it on a lift and giving me the runaround - blatant excuses saying it was unroadworthy and too far gone due to rot on a frame rail and a strut tower (could have been fixed by someone proficient in fabricating and welding) Claimed that for some of the work that COULD be done they'd have to use parts (subframe, axles & suspension related stuff) off the next gen of model on it which is impossible and should have keyed me in on their cluelessness and BS. To add insult to injury they lied a second time upon calling a relative of mine after I published a negative Google review detailing my experience there and intimidated me into deleting my review (very unprofessional and mafia-like behavior) - the gist of what I said in the review was it made no sense to have "restoration" in their services if they couldn't fix unibody rot and didn't have a fabricator working for them. Somehow (at least according to my relative) they interpreted this as me blaming them for the rust on the car - absolutely preposterous. If you are young and own a vintage car stay far far far away - these people only cater to people who drive appliances on wheels. If you're a boomer with a 73-77 Monte Carlo though they'll treat you like royalty and put pics of it on their FB page. Once again, stay far far far away - don't go through the same amount of mental stress and anguish as I have.

i have been taking my truck there for several years,they have been very curtious at all times,always willing to fit me into a tight schedule they have,cant say enough good things about north providence tire,i deal with sal he is fantastic and knows how to deal with the public.

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've found a place I can trust, and that's where I'll bring all my family's vehicles.

After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them. Thank you so much guys!
