Volkswagen service near North Providence, RI

I came into this autobody shop because I had always had excellent service. I needed my back light changed and they found that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be changed immediately. I was driving to New Jersey the next day, so I was very grateful that they found this problem and fixed it. Today I was driving home in the snow and my tire light went on. I drove back to them and they checked my tires and put air in them for no charge. I have always received wonderful service from this business and I would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input. They are all the kind of persons that I want to give me an estimate, to work on my car and to be trusted to tell me when something needs maintenance or just needs to be fixed. I highly recommend to anyone who owns a foreign or domestic car, that they pay Dan a visit and see for themself!

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. It's so hard to find an honest repair shop, but that's what you get at Elite. No nonsense, honest assessment of your car's problem, with no upselling or exaggerating. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. I've found a place I can trust, and that's where I'll bring all my family's vehicles.

After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them. Thank you so much guys!

My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. Ron and Paula provided quality service at a reasonable price, and I would certainly return.

Tuned up my Audi. Cheaper than the dealership and car feels great!
