Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of r... read more Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of receipt of purchase of the new catalytic converter they purchased for my car & instead sent my a copy of my receipt for payment. This more than proves they did not change my catalytic converter & they have not responded to the BBB, because they have no proof of purchase or the new c.c. serial number to compare to my old c.c. serial number! They were all trained by FireStone of Murfreesboro (including the owner, of which Noah whom they fired for telling people this fact!) which explains it all, they were taught how to rip customers off & over charge & immediately blame other parts going bad when the customer calls within warranty time frame to complain about the same issues!! Save your money & go to actual professionals!!! These boys are not professional nor do they do business as such!!

My vehicle also has a delay when going from park to drive and I have to press down on the gas a few times for it to kick into gear. I use to work as a service advisor for Mazda and currently an insurance agent. I mentioned the two issues and I mentioned that I needed to get my transmission fluid exchanged. I was told they would do a diag to see what the issue is. My car was fixed the very next morning after dropping it off. The starter issue was resolved. My vehicle still has a delay when I shift from park to drive. I paid $400 plus for transmission fluid exchange that did not fix the issue. With a diag you’re supposed to know why your check engine light is on etc. I did not get that either . Usually most repair shops will tell you why a fix didn’t work. I did not get an answer. Also the mechanic put an air filter in my car without my knowledge and it was not on the estimate I agreed to. The nice representative and the front changed it but the mechanics could’ve done better.
No communication. I had to call twice to figure out what was going on ... read more No communication. I had to call twice to figure out what was going on with vehicle, once at 1:00 and 4:30. I also didn’t realize that this location doesn’t do alignments and subs everything out. Should’ve started somewhere else to begin with. I was baited in with a early appointment the day after calling to schedule. I will know better next time. Completely screwed up my day that day thinking everything was being taken care of.
