I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

Owner called to rectify what the contract mechanic had quoted. The call came 24 yours later. New quote dropped the original quote to a reasonable price. The owner is a young lady who knows and values the business. Her young mechanic learned a valuable lesson, "Don't lie to a customer" he just may know something about cars even if he does drive a S-series Mercedes. The owner deserves a second chance but you should always know what typical service go for at an agency or a neighborhood shop. The work was completed quickly and well done. Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

I tell all my friends and neighbors to go here. Paul is in the office and makes his staff look at your car immediately. It was first class service. He let me decide on replacing the part I needed that day but tried to persuade me to hold off til the next day so he could get me the better price. It was cheaper by half of the other 2 places I had taken my car to. San Antonio is full of bad mechanics so I am thrilled to finally find a great one.

I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.
