I accompanied my boyfriend, he comes here all the time, and we were out in 20 minutes!! The workers are very professional and down to earth, very well aware of what they are doing and very explanatory. They even helped us getting a better deal on his oil change. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. They were more than fair on the pricing. All the way around, this was a great experience. Suzy Mullins
