Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He let me decide on replacing the part I needed that day but tried to persuade me to hold off til the next day so he could get me the better price. It was cheaper by half of the other 2 places I had taken my car to. San Antonio is full of bad mechanics so I am thrilled to finally find a great one.

Awesome place to go to recommend everyone to go u will not have to worry about getting burnt its beats dealership prices and warranty comes with the work they do ;0) I had trouble with my chevy truck and they fixed it for me that same day ... also you will not have to worry if they are lying about what the problems are with your vehicle because they have been around for too many years and have enough customers to keep them in business because of the quality work they door!! their not like other places trying to squeeze every dollar out of you just in case you do not come back..

This is the only place I trust to take my 88 Bronco to. They replaced my A/C, heater core hoses + gave me a great discount! Can't beat that with a stick! Look no further for auto repair. little over a month ago i took my 1993 for mustang to have it looked at the reason why the clutch came loose. their so called mechanic told me the first time it needed a factory made(original clutch), after several minutes of discussion i told him to do what it needed to fix the problem for good. He REASSURED ME the problem will be corrected for good. long story short it hasn't been fixed and i am out 600.00 dls on my recent encounter with the owner/manager he was very blatant, he threatened me overall i was poorly treated, and he charged me another 100.00 and supposedly now he nows why my clutch is not fixed until i do something else that will cost me more more when in reality they should have fixed it right the first time. I will never go back. It's worth mentioning that as i was being poorly treated there were several customers witnessing the whole situation. I sure hope they or anybody else who is willing to get ripped off does not go back. That type of business does not need to exist, specially now days when times are hard its not at all easy to just chuckle up 700.00 plus dls.

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!

I went here because my door latch was broken and my door wouldn't open. When I told the mechanic all he did was pull on the door and handle(which wouldn't open of course) and decided that the problem was the motor in the door. He charged me over $200 and made me wait for five hours before they finally called and said that it was the door latch and he needed another $100 dollars. We said forget it and when we picked it up they didn't even clean off the grease marks they made of over the inside of the doors and window. AND MY DOOR STILL DIDN'T OPEN! We called again to have them fix the botched job and they said they were going to charge $50 JUST TO OPEN THE DOOR TO LOOK AT IT! DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be ripped off by half-ass mechanics. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I took my car in a few months back to get the oil changed. Had a decent experience, it is close to my office so I was able to drop off my car and come back after work. I got the synthetic blend oil change for $20 and thought it was a great deal. I attempted to bring my car in again this morning and they told me that the $20 deal would not work for my car and I had to use the $50 full synthetic. I was extremely concerned because they either put the wrong oil in my car the first time or were trying to take advantage of me and get me to spend more money. Needless to say I did not leave my car there and will no longer use their services. The sad part is that it was the same service manager I dealt with the first time that told me the $20 deal would not work for my car. When I explained to him that I took it to him previously and was concerned that the wrong oil has been in my car for three months he shrugged his shoulders and said we will flush it out. It was absolutely ridiculous and I hope he does not feel that way with all services that they provide. Next time he may shrug his shoulders when they don't put the lug nuts on tight enough.
