I left the car for 3 hours and got back a diagnostic even autozone was able to do better. I had a;lready the obd2 reader in the car and knew the codes but I was looking at their expertise to find out more about the issue. They were unable to marginally perform as good as the folks waiting at autozone parking lot to change a bulb. After 3 hours they came back and recommended advanced investigation for 250$ when I asked what they'll do they said they'll check the ignition coils gas quality (???) and catalytic convertor ...all of which can be checked in about 30 minutes give or take. It is a shame that garages like these exist and they also have ratings they deserve nothing and they should pay us to visit them just to have a car in the parking lot! No, I didn't pay a dime as they were not worth one...

  • I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wan... read more I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) When I spoke to the manager about the damage, he checked with both of the men that serviced my car and both claimed that neither had anything in their pockets that would cause the damage. Then he played the video that showed one of the men climbing in to my car to drive it to the wash. The manager claimed that the video proved that his pockets were empty. That I can agree with --- but there was no proof as to what happened when either men were actually inside of the car. Needless to say, Tony’s claimed no liability and that the damage must have been there when I arrived. Finally, after much going back and forth, the manager took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. 48 hours later, I’m still waiting on that call back…
