Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.
